Before renting the venue, please carefully read the following terms and guidelines.
By choosing to rent, you signify your agreement to abide by the following arrangements.
1. 場地租用條款
1. VENUE RENTAL TERMS
Eligibility for Rental:
Renters must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification.
If the renter is a group, a representative must be designated as a contact person.
Rental Time:
Rental time is determined by mutual agreement and punctual entry and exit are required.
Delayed departure may incur additional charges.
Use of Venue:
The venue is limited to activities related to yoga, fitness, and sports. It may not be used for other commercial or unauthorized activities.
Dangerous or illegal activities are prohibited within the venue.
Deposit and Payment Method:
A deposit of half the rental fee must be paid in advance, determined by the number of people and rental duration.
The full rental fee must be paid on the rental day or before the agreed time.
The deposit is non-refundable unless it meets the cancellation policy terms.
Cancellation Policy:
Renters must notify of cancellations/changes in rental dates in advance, usually 48 hours or more before the rental day, otherwise, refunds will not be given.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather), both parties may negotiate date adjustments or refunds.
Liability for Facility Damage:
Renters should use the venue facilities properly. Any damage must be covered by the renter for repair or replacement costs.
Cleanliness and Tidiness:
The venue must be kept clean. Renters are responsible for cleaning up after the event. If cleaning services are needed, additional fees may apply.

2. VENUE RENTAL RULES
Venue Safety:
Users should wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
Alcohol and smoking are prohibited within the venue.
Users should properly use the facilities and follow staff guidance and safety advice.
Health Requirements:
Renters and participants should ensure their health is suitable for exercise. If feeling unwell, they should stop exercising and inform on-site staff immediately.
Capacity Limit:
There is a participant limit based on venue size. Renters should control the number of people to avoid overcrowding.
Volume Control:
Music and sounds should be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other users or activities in neighboring areas.
Equipment Use:
Yoga mats and fitness equipment should be used correctly and returned to their proper place after use.
Non-professionals should not adjust professional equipment settings to prevent damage or danger.
Insurance and Liability:
It is recommended that renters purchase accident insurance for participants, as the venue is not liable for any personal injury or property loss within the premises.
No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not allowed in the venue unless special permission is granted.

3. VENUE RENTAL SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS
Modification Rights:
ATSUMARU reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms at any time and can refuse rental applications that do not meet the regulations based on venue conditions.
For renters who violate the terms and guidelines, the venue has the right to terminate the rental early without refunding any fees paid.
Photography and Filming:
Photography or filming within the venue is prohibited without the consent of ATSUMARU and participants, especially if it involves other users.
For promotional or commercial purposes, permission must be requested in advance from the venue, and additional fees may apply.
Emergency Handling:
The venue is equipped with a first-aid kit for minor sports injuries. In case of serious injuries, emergency contacts should be called or medical assistance should be sought immediately.
Fire Safety:
The venue comply with fire safety regulations, and renters and participants should be aware of and familiar with the safety exits and fire equipment within the venue.
Storing flammable or explosive materials in the venue is prohibited, and the smoking ban must be strictly followed.
Emergency Evacuation:
Incase of fire, earthquake, or other emergencies, evacuation should follow the venue's instructions. All renters and participants must remain calm and follow the venue's emergency commands.
